To understand a little better this and clinging to a gemological definition, we could say that the inclusions are all impurities found inside a gem and we can see with a magnifying glass or in some cases at a glance. These impurities can range from fissures and mineral oxides to wonderful perfectly crystallized and therefore in the case of Colombian emeralds inclusions we can talk about real rather than simple gemological impurities in other wonders. We must remember that the emerald stone may be less punished in value by the presence of inclusions or "gardens" not so with other gems like diamond in which the minimum inclusion observed 10x penalized.

As mentioned, the inclusions allow us to recognize the authentic emeralds and even the origin. In Colombia's most important emerald deposits are located and these wonderful inclusions house features that are unique.
